How to stir-fry vegetables

1. Cut the vegetables into small stalks, as shown in the picture, and wash them.

2.Cut the onion into short sections, chop the garlic into small pieces, and cut the small red pepper into short sections.Gorgon juice: Put an appropriate amount of water in a bowl, add soy flour, salt, sugar, chicken essence, and stir evenly.

3.Put water in the pot, bring to a boil, add vegetables, cook for half a minute, remove and drain.

4. Heat oil in a hot pan, add garlic and chili, and stir-fry a few times.

5.Add green vegetables, stir-fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes, add gravy and stir-fry for 1 minute , the gravy will solidify.

6.Turn off the heat and plate.
