How to make fruit pizza

1. Take the prepared pizza crust out of the refrigerator and defrost it in advance.

2. Cut the pineapple into dices.

3. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces.

4.Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.

5. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

6. Brush pizza sauce or tomato sauce on the thawed crust.I used tomato.Sauce.

7.Sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese.

8. Then put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.

9. Take out the pizza pan and spread the fruit evenly on it.

10. Spread a thicker layer of grated cheese on the surface and put it in the oven, 200 Bake for 15 minutes.

11. Bake until the cheese melts and the surface is slightly yellow, then it is ready to be taken out of the oven.

1 The pizza crust is homemade, and you can refer to my "Pizza Crust" recipe for how to make it.
2 The fruits used can be changed according to personal preference, but do not use fruits with too much water.
