How to make sushi

1. Cut cucumber into shreds, shred purple cabbage and mix with various seasonings and sesame oil.Cut carrot into shreds and cook in boiling water.

2.Three eggs and salt to make egg pancakes.I made two.Cut one into shreds and the other to wrap rice

3.Starting to roll

4.Make one with egg pancake

5.Cut the sushi into pieces and place on a plate.Serve with millet porridge.
Tips
I didn't use sushi vinegar and added salt when steaming the rice.Be tight when rolling sushi.It will be easier to cut if the knife is wet with water when cutting.
