Ingredients
Black rice ( half a bowl ) | Cucumber ( half span> ) |
Ham sausage ( half ) div> | Sushi vinegar ( a little ) |
Eggs ( 3 ) | Oil ( a little ) |
How to make black rice sushi

1.Mix black rice with sushi vinegar

2.Crack the eggs into the bowl

3. Beat the eggs and stir until foamy
4. Grease the pan with oil and fry the omelette over low heat

Tips
