How to make cold noodles

1.Prepare the ingredients.

2. Beat the eggs in a pan and fry them into egg pancakes.

3. Cut the egg cake and cucumber into shreds.

4. Put water in the pot and bring to a boil.Boil the noodles for two to three minutes and remove.

5. Place the removed noodles in a bowl with cold boiled water.
