Chicken breast (Half piece) | Cucumber (A little span> ) |
Garlic chili sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Onion and ginger cooking wine (appropriate amount) |
How to shred chicken breast

1.The garlic chili sauce is ready (the detailed preparation method is in the previous recipe).

2. Put chicken breast in cold water, add onion, ginger and cooking wine and cook for 20 minutes , take out and let cool.

3.Tear the chicken breast into thin shreds and put it on a plate.

4.Add cucumber shreds.

5. Pour on the garlic chili sauce and mix well.
