How to make three shredded cold dishes

1. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, dry the surface moisture and cut into shreds.

2. Wash and shred the cabbage.

3. Wash and shred the cucumber.

4.Put oil in the pot and fry the sweet potato shreds.

5. Fry until the surface is golden brown and remove.Fry the sweet potato shreds a second time to make them crispier.

Tips
The sauce contains light soy sauce and chicken essence, both of which are salty, so I didn't add any salt.
