How to make black rice steamed buns

1.Weigh the black rice and put it into the grinding cup.You can also buy finished black rice flour.

3.Put all-purpose flour, black rice flour, fine sugar and dry yeast in a large bowl.(If you have milk powder, you can add 10 milk powder)

Tips
1.If you have milk powder at home, you can add 10 grams of milk powder to increase the milk flavor.It is not recommended to omit it.We really have nothing to do with the epidemic.
2.Dry yeast can be placed in warm water, stir evenly and then added to the flour.
3.Fermentation varies according to temperature.Fermentation will be slower in winter and faster in summer when the temperature is high.
