How to make creamy vanilla ice cream

1.Since the eggs are relatively small, I used 7 egg yolks and 2 taels of white sugar.

2.Use a whisk to beat until the white sugar melts and the egg liquid becomes milky yellow.Thick and ready to use.

3. Pour 350ml milk into the milk pot, heat it until it boils slightly, and add a few drops of vanilla to it Fine, fully blended (it doesn’t matter if you have more or less milk, you don’t have to be particularly precise).

4. Slowly pour the milk liquid into the egg yolk, stirring continuously while pouring egg yolk to prevent the egg yolk from being cooked.

5. Then put the pot of milk and egg yolk paste on a low fire and heat it while stirring.Don't boil it (if the temperature is too high, take the egg yolk paste away from the fire and heat it again after the temperature drops a bit) until the egg yolk paste becomes thick, let it cool and set aside.

6. Whip the whipping cream with a whisk until it expands and becomes textured.(Never beat it)

7.Put the completely cooled egg yolk paste and the beaten egg yolk paste Mix the cream and mix well.

8.This is the ice cream liquid that is stirred evenly.Put the ice cream liquid into the frozen layer of the refrigerator. It is best to take it out and stir it once every hour, so that there will be no ice residue in the ice cream, and the taste will be smoother after stirring a few times. If you have an ice cream machine at home, you won’t have to worry about it!

9.This is ready-made ice cream, how do you like it? Is it very appetizing? Let’s do it yourself!
Tips
The egg yolk paste must be completely cold before it can be mixed with the cream. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal taste.A few drops of vanilla essence is enough. It just needs to smell like vanilla, but not too much.
You can top it with jam according to your own taste for a better flavor!
