Ingredients
Lemon ( 2 ) | Kumquat ( 100g ) |
Rock sugar (About 150 grams) | Honey ( 30g ) |
How to make kumquat lemon paste/Cuanbei lemon paste

1.Wash the lemons and kumquats, cut them into pieces and remove the cores.There should be no oil.

2.Cut and mix into a stew pot.

3. Spread a layer of sugar.

4.Put another layer of lemon and honey.

5.Finally spread a layer of sugar.Cover the lid and steam in the pot for 10 hours.

6. After steaming, put it in a clean bottle and store it.

7.The kumquat lemon paste is ready.
Tips
Note: 1.There should be no oil during the whole process.I have a knife and cutting board specially used for cutting fruits.
2.The steaming time should not be short.
3.Be sure to use a clean bottle to seal it without water.
This ointment can be eaten by adults and children.It is a little bitter and has the original taste of kumquat.Drinking a cup every day has the effect of digestion, relieving greasiness and whitening.
