How to make yogurt bread

1.Prepare the ingredients and weigh them

9.Shape into long strips and cut into small pieces

10.Crush the small pieces into strips and twist them into braids

11.Put it into a hollow film mold (I use an eight-inch cake mold if I don’t have a hollow film mold)

12. Place in a warm place for secondary fermentation until 2.5 times in size.Brush with butter

13.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance and bake for about 25 minutes

15.Remove the mold and start eating!
