How to stir-fry fat sausage with double peppers

1.Wash the intestines and blanch them in a pot of boiling water for two minutes

2.Drain the supercooled water

3. Cut into cubes

4.青Wash and cut red peppers into pieces

5. Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the fat intestines and fry the oil

6.Pour in the green and red peppers and stir-fry until soft

7.Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce, continue to stir-fry for two or three minutes and then serve

8. Serve in a bowl.
