How to make French macarons

1. Stir the powdered sugar and almond powder evenly

2.Beat egg whites until dry and foamy

3.Add the almond sugar powder mixture to the egg whites one tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly to form a cookie batter.

4.Use a piping bag to pipe the biscuit batter onto a baking sheet lined with paper, making sure to leave a certain space between each biscuit.

5.Oven at 150 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes

6. To make the cream filling, whip the light cream until thick.(You need to use coarse sugar, the detailed steps are the same as whipping cream)

7. Squeeze the cream in Between two biscuits, you're done!
