Black sesame seeds ( 75g ) | White sesame seeds ( 75g ) |
Coconut mash ( 50g ) | Maltose ( 150g ) |
Honey ( 50g ) |
How to make homemade sesame candy

1. Mix black and white sesame seeds, pour them into a baking pan, bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, until the sesame seeds are tender.Golden brown (or stir-fry in a wok).

2.Add coconut milk and mix well with sesame seeds.

3.After mixing, put it into a plate and set aside.

4.In an oil-free and water-free pot, pour maltose and honey.

5.Cook over low heat until bubbly syrup forms.

6. Pour in the sesame and coconut mixture and stir quickly evenly.

7.Put it into the non-stick mold and press it flat with a silicone spatula.

8. Let the sesame candy cool slightly, unmold it and place it on the chopping board.

9.Use a knife to cut into small pieces.

10. Fragrant, sweet, so delicious!
Tips
Be sure to add sesame seeds to the syrup Stir quickly, otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pot and get burned.
