Maltose ( 50g ) | Salt ( 1g ) |
Red dates ( 40g ) | Low-gluten flour ( 200g ) |

Recipe for red date malt crispbread

1.Put butter, maltose, salt and white sugar into a milk pot , cook over low heat until butter melts.Wash and chop the red dates and set aside.

Tips
