How to make Shandong-style tofu in a pot

1.Buy northern tofu in advance and slurry it, or blanch it in light salt water, wipe off the water, and cut into slices of about one centimeter

2.Dip a layer of dry starch, (the photo was taken wrong?)

3. Coat with a layer of egg liquid and fry in oil pan

4. Heat the pan with cold oil and fry over medium heat until golden brown
5.Pour in the remaining egg liquid and let the surface solidify
6.Pour in the broth to cover the tofu, onion, ginger, and pepper noodles, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes, and reduce the juice over high heat

7.Place on a plate and sprinkle with chopped chives and serve

Handle the frying pan well, avoid sticking, and stir as little as possible
