Banana: activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis
Ingredients
Banana ( Half one ) | Bread slices ( 1 slice ) |
Tahini or peanut butter ( appropriate amount ) | Peanuts ( optional ) |
How to make crispy bread and banana rolls (sugar-free, oil-free version without washing the pots and dishes)

1.Prepare all the ingredients.Since there is no peanut butter at home, I used sesame paste.

2.Toast Roll out the slices thinly

3.Coated with sesame sauce

4.Roll up the banana and cut off the excess

5.Sprinkle some chopped peanuts (you don’t have to sprinkle them, it will be a bit troublesome to cut them later) and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes

6.I seem to be slightly overcooked. But it doesn't matter, as long as the edges of the toast turn yellow, it will be fine.

7.Slice it It’s ready to eat. It’s a little too sweet with some condensed milk. It's just right without getting wet.

8.Two persons per person , great ~ also good as a party snack or afternoon tea
Tips
Spread peanut butter or tahini to make it easier to wrap bananas.
If the bread slices are thin enough that you don’t need to roll them out, you can just press them with your hands. The toast I made was cut too thick.
