How to make sushi

1.Run the sushi bamboo curtain with boiling water once and sterilize it at high temperature.After all, we don’t use it every day.Let dry again.

2.Sushi vinegar is a necessary tool for sushi to increase the stickiness of rice.It is better to use 10cm*10cm seaweed.

3. Generally, sushi is made with pearl rice.I added red beans and crushed corn to try the taste.Mix the rice with sushi vinegar and cool until warm.

4.Appetizers refer to side dishes that go well with meals.The specific taste depends on personal preference.Take it easy, I use the usual mildly spicy side dishes.

5. Place the prepared seaweed on the sushi bamboo curtain, and then spread the rice evenly on the seaweed superior.

6. Place the appetizer in the middle of the rice.

7. Roll it up with a sushi bamboo curtain and let it sit for 30 seconds.

8. Gently release the sushi bamboo curtain.

9. Cut into sushi about 4cm long.
Tips
It is best to use a relatively fast knife when cutting sushi.Only sushi with neat cuts will look good.
