How to make sushi

1. Pour sushi vinegar into the steamed rice while it is hot, one spoonful of vinegar per bowl of rice.Stir evenly

2.Cut the cucumber into cubes.Fried eggs

3.Take a sushi curtain, put plastic wrap on it, and put a piece of roasted seaweed on it.
Spread the rice evenly on the roasted seaweed, leaving 1/4 empty on top.
4.Put cucumbers and eggs
Roll up from bottom to top, peel off the plastic wrap while rolling.
Rolled sushi.
Cut into pieces and serve.Cut a knife and dip it in water or white vinegar for better cutting
