How to make purple sweet potato glutinous rice cakes

1.Cut the purple sweet potato into pieces, steam, peel and roll into a puree.Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and yeast and mix into a dough for fermentation.

2. Knead the fermented dough into a ball.

3.Bean paste stuffing and meat are formed into balls.

Tips
