How to make fruit and vegetable duck egg sushi rolls

1.Picture of the finished product.

2.The pearl rice is cooked in advance. It will be slightly softer than usual and served while it is hot.Pour in sushi vinegar and mix well to make sushi rice, then set aside to cool.(Different sushi vinegar brands have different proportions. The specific proportion can be added according to the instructions on the sushi vinegar you bought.)

3.Crack the duck eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, beat well and mix well.

4. Pour a little oil into the pan and heat it up, then turn off the heat and pour in half of the egg liquid.Shake the pan to spread evenly into a circle. After frying one side, carefully turn it over and fry the other side. The egg pancake is easy to cook, so don't fry it for too long.It will taste nutritious when it is old.Two duck eggs can make two omelettes.Another duck egg can be spread into a pancake and cut into strips.

5.Peel and cut pears into strips, peel and cut cucumbers into strips, and cut ham into casings.Strips, cut one egg pancake into strips, keep two pieces intact, appropriate amount of meat floss, and optional salad dressing.

6. Put a layer of plastic wrap on the sushi curtain and put an egg pancake on it.

7.Use a rice spoon to scoop an appropriate amount of sushi rice onto the egg cake, use a spoon to flatten it evenly.Place cucumber strips, ham sausage, pear, egg strips and shredded pork on one side.

8. Lift the sushi curtain with both hands and wrap the inner material in a circle from bottom to top.Knead it evenly, then slowly roll it into a roll, and then gently knead it to shape.(I want a step-by-step diagram here, so I will hold it with one hand for now.)

9. Take off the sushi curtain, roll up one layer of the duck egg pancake, and set it aside for later use.

10. Take a piece of sushi nori and spread it on the sushi curtain, with the smooth side facing down , also put sushi rice on top, leaving part of the top without rice to prevent it from being squeezed out when rolling.

11.Put in the egg rolls you just rolled.

12. Also use both hands to roll up the inner package first.

13. Then push the sushi curtain above forward (as shown in the picture) and roll it up Wrap it tightly and be careful not to roll the sushi curtain in with it.

14. Gently squeeze the sushi curtain with both hands for half a minute to set the shape and then remove the sushi curtain. The sushi is ready.

15. Cut it into the width you like and you can eat it.You can dip it in mustard or ketchup or salad dressing or hot sauce when eating.(When cutting, use the zigzag method to cut forward and backward.Dip the knife into a little cold boiled water to prevent it from sticking.)

16.Finished product picture.
Tips
For vegetables, you can roll purple potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, pumpkins and any other vegetables you like.(Purple potatoes, carrots, and pumpkins should be steamed in advance and then cut into strips to make them delicious.)
For fruits, you can roll any fruit you like, such as cantaloupe, watermelon, and mango.
You can also add cooked meat that has been prepared in advance, such as teriyaki chicken, Orleans barbecue, etc.
The rice can be cooked directly with pearl rice, or you can cook pearl rice and glutinous rice at a ratio of 1:1, which will make it more sticky.
When rolling, it should be rolled tightly so that it will not unravel easily when the roll is cut.
Sushi vinegar can be mixed according to the ratio of salt: white sugar: white vinegar = 1:5:10.Mix well and heat over low heat until boiling, then let it cool.
Add 1 bowl of sushi vinegar to 5 bowls of rice to make sushi rice.
If you bought ready-made sushi vinegar, just follow the instructions above.
