Ingredients
Rice ( 1 bowl ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |
Ginger ( A big piece ) | Chives ( 2 small roots ) |

Ginger Egg Fried Rice Recipe

1.Wash the ginger and cut it into small pieces , use a juicer to squeeze out the ginger juice and set aside.

2.Crack the eggs in a bowl and mix well with chopsticks.

3. Heat the oil in the pot, pour in the egg liquid, and wait until the egg is almost solidified.

4. Put the rice in and stir-fry, try to make the rice covered with egg liquid.

5.Add salt and light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.

6. Pour the ginger juice into the rice and stir-fry evenly.

7.Finally sprinkle in chopped green onion and serve.
