Ingredients
Onions ( 150g ) | Soaked fungus ( 150g ) |
Cilantro ( 50g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Aged vinegar ( 10g ) | Oreo virgin olive oil ( 20g ) |
Boiling water (for blanching vegetables) ( 1000ml ) |

1.Prepare onions, coriander and pre-soaked black fungus.

2.Tear the soaked fungus into small florets, wash them, and boil them in boiling water for two Minutes, remove and rinse with cold water.

3. Return to the pot, add boiling water, pour in the chopped onions, and drain slightly.Quickly pick it up within 10 seconds and put it into cold water.

4.Put the onions, fungus and coriander into the container in order.

5. Pour in light soy sauce, mature vinegar, and olive oil in order and stir thoroughly (you can also add some small pickled pepper).

6. Just install it.
Tips
1.To avoid irritating your eyes with tears when cutting onions, cut the onions in half in advance and soak them in cold water for a while.
2.To remove the pungent taste of raw onions, blanch them slightly.Remember that the blanch time should not be too long, so as not to affect the crisp taste of the onions.
3.There is no need for a lot of seasonings, the simpler and more delicious it is.
