How to make celery leaf pickles

1.Pick the celery leaves from the celery you bought, wash them with water and set aside.

2. Boil water in a pot, add celery leaves and blanch for about two to three minutes.

3.After blanching, put it into cold water and cool it down.Be sure to cool it thoroughly.
