Cowpea: Strengthens the spleen
Ingredients
Dried noodles (half a catty) | Cowpeas (half a catty ) |
Meat filling ( Erliang ) | Prawns ( five ) |
Balamic vinegar ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce (a spoon) |
Seafood soy sauce ( A spoonful ) |
Noodles Method

1.The noodles are cooked

2.Water for later use
3.Cut the cowpeas into mince and cut the shrimp into sections!

4.Heat the pan and add oil!

5. Add the meat filling and stir-fry until it changes color!

6.Add in the minced cowpea and stir-fry!

7. After the color changes, add oyster sauce and seafood soy sauce!

8.Add the shrimp segments before serving! Turn down the heat!

9.Pour in the noodles!

10.Pour in the appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar according to personal preference! Turn off the heat and prepare to plate!
