How to make cucurbitic acid vinegar braised cold noodles

Tips
Tomorrow I will use homemade ramen.After cooking, drain the water and pour cooked oil directly on it.Do not use cold water to cook the noodles, as some people will feel upset after eating it.When I make it, the ingredients I use are based on my own taste.The ratio of vinegar to water is usually 1:4.If you like it more sour, you can use 1:3.
