Ingredients
Yam ( five hundred grams ) | Preserved fruit ( Three hundred grams ) |
Bean paste filling ( One hundred grams ) | Honey ( Two spoons ) |
Water starch ( five grams ) | Vegetable oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Eight Treasure Yams || When the rain comes, vegetation will grow; eat sweet and nutritious food, and the spirit of a gentleman will be full of spring

1.Wash the yam, peel and cut into pieces, put it in a steamer, and steam it over high heat.

2.Crush the steamed yam into puree and set aside.

3.Take a bowl, first apply vegetable oil on the inside; then sprinkle a layer of preserved fruits, spread a layer of yam paste, then spread bean paste filling, then spread a layer of yam paste; then spread it again in this order.

4.Put the eight-treasure yam bowl into the steamer and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.Take it out and put it on the plate.

5.Put a clean pot on the fire, add honey and a little water to boil, thicken it with starch, take it out of the pot and pour it on the Babao yam.
Tips
When handling yams, allergies are often encountered, so you can wear plastic gloves to prevent them; if you are already allergic, wash your hands with vinegar to relieve allergy symptoms.
