Tofu ( 1 piece ) | Potato ( 1 piece ) |
Carrot or sweet potato ( Half ) | Condensed milk ( 30g ) |

How to make hydrangea tofu

1.Wash and prepare the ingredients

2.Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside

3. Cut the carrots into thin strips and set aside

4. Cut the potatoes into thin strips and set aside

5. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 50% hot

6. Add tofu and fry for 6 seconds, remove and drain oil and set aside

7.Add shredded carrots and fry until cooked, drain and set aside

8. Also sprinkle in Shred potatoes, fry until cooked, drain and set aside

9.Put the tofu into the condensed milk and coat it completely Condensed milk

10. Then wrap them in shredded carrots and shredded potatoes

Tips
Chop the carrots and potatoes into shreds as finely as possible.Spread them out when frying otherwise they will stick to each other.You can also add shreds of several different colors to make them more attractive on the plate.
