How to mix wild vegetables skillfully

1.First, let’s take a picture of the finished product.

2. Chop the blanched wild vegetables and set aside.

3. Remove the spicy green and red pepper and chop it finely, chop the garlic and set aside.

4.Hot the pan with cold oil.You can use more oil than usual for cooking.

5. When the oil boils, add chopped green and red peppers and chopped garlic and saute until fragrant.Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce , light soy sauce, edible vinegar.

6. Stir well.(I didn’t put in the oil and spicy food because that person couldn’t eat it)
