1.Dig a hole in the flour and put the yeast powder into it
2.Crack in the eggs, pour in warm water and mix into a flocculent form

3. Knead evenly into a soft and flexible dough
Put it in a basin and cover with a damp cloth to ferment for 1 hour
4. Ferment until doubled in size, just press and it won’t spring back

5. Take out the exhaust, Then divide into equal portions and set aside

6.Use a rolling pin to roll into a round slice

7. Add red bean paste, fold and wrap.(I have a tutorial on red bean paste earlier, it is quite simple and tastes good)

8. Brush the steamer with oil.Put it into a steamer and cover it for the second fermentation, until it doubles in size

9. Sprinkle black sesame seeds to decorate and steam over high heat for 20 minutes

10.Eat it while it’s hot!
Tips
Brush oil and put in the pot to avoid sticking
The second fermentation makes the buns softer
The bean paste is even better when you make it yourself
I have a tutorial on the previous recipe
