Ingredients
Lasagna ( 150g ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |

Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( 0.5 spoon ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Chicken essence ( 1g ) |
Vegetable oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry wide noodles with seasonal vegetables

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, chop the green onion, wash and cut the vegetables into sections.

3. Boil the water in the pot, cook the noodles until eight, and remove them to nine.

4. Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry until cooked, mash and serve.

5. Pour oil into the pan, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, add tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice is released.

6. Add eggs and rapeseed.

7. Pour in cooking wine and stir-fry with light soy sauce for a while.

Tips
You can replace the vegetables with whatever you like, or add some shredded meat to make it equally delicious.
