Dumpling skin ( 100 ) | Clear soup ( 450g ) |
Ginger and green onion ( 10g ) | Pepper ( 10g ) |

How to make Mint Ga Ya noodles

1.Take 350 grams of Gaya slices into soft fans.Be careful in this step.(See tips for details)

2. Add shredded green onion and ginger to the soft fan slices , a little salt, pepper and cooking wine to marinate to taste, then mix in an appropriate amount of starch water slurry.

3.Put water into the pot, pour a little chicken juice and bring to a boil, add Ga Ya Soak the soft fan in water until cooked, take it out and drain it, then cook the lower slices (i.e.dumpling wrappers), drain it and drain it.

Tips
