How to make wontons

1. Prepare a piece of pork, then clean the pork and remove the skin.

2. Chop the ginger and green onion into small pieces.

3. Slice the pork first.

4.Then chop the pork into fillings.

5. Then sprinkle the minced green onion and ginger evenly over the meat filling.

6.Then chop the pork and onion and ginger together.

7.Put the chopped meat into a container, then add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, Dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, dumpling powder.

8. Take out the egg whites separately.

10. Stir the meat filling continuously in one direction.

13.Then coat the two opposite corners of the wonton wrappers with water.

14.Then place the meat filling in the middle of the wontons.

15. Then fold the two corners of the wonton wrapper coated with water in half, and pinch them tightly.

16. Then apply water to the upper left corner of the wonton wrapper again.

17. Then lift the right corner of the wonton wrapper upward and fold it in half to the upper left corner, and pinch the two corners tightly.

Tips
1.Personally, I prefer chopped meat filling for wontons, and I don’t like ground meat filling.You can decide according to your own taste.
