How to make purple sweet potato and white fungus soup

1.Prepare ingredients: white fungus, purple sweet potato (mine is a mini purple sweet potato, one big purple sweet potato is enough), old rock sugar, lemon.

2. Soak the white fungus in water overnight.

4.Remove the roots.
