How to make Strawberry Rose Nectar Tremella Soup

1.Soak the white fungus for 3 hours in advance.

Tips
Once the white fungus is broken, it is not easy to cook it for too long.It should be ready within about ten minutes to avoid burning the bottom of the pot.
