Ingredients
Tremella fuciformis ( 1 meal ) | Coreless lotus seeds ( 10-15 pcs ) |
Dried lily ( 15g ) | Rock sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
Wolfberry (appropriate amount) |
How to make lotus seed lily and white fungus soup
1.Prepare white fungus, lotus seeds, lily and wolfberry
2. Soak white fungus, lotus seeds and wolfberry in water for 1 hour respectively

3.Remove the roots of the white fungus and tear it into small pieces by hand

4.Tear the white fungus into pieces , soak the washed lotus seeds and lilies and put them into the casserole together

5.Add cold water ( Because water cannot be added halfway, the water must be put in enough at one time)

6. Boil over medium heat for 30 minutes , turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours

7.Add rock sugar, season and cook for 10 minutes.

8.Add soaked wolfberry and cook for 5 minutes.(Don’t soak the wolfberry too early, wait until the soup is almost ready)

Tips
1.And be sure to remove the yellow lumps at the roots.
2.Choose whether to remove the core of the lotus seeds according to your personal habits.Please use white lotus seeds.
