Rock sugar ( 55g ) |

1. Steam the large and small bottles in a steamer for thirty Minutes, remove and dry out the water.

2. Prepare ingredients.

3.Put rock sugar and bacterial powder into a large bottle.

4. Pour in the milk and stir until the rock sugar melts.

5.Pour into six 200ml vials.

6.Put it into the bread machine.

7.Select the fermentation function of the bread machine, the time is 6 hours (actually 8 hours is best, But my bread machine can only be set to 6 hours).

8. Make it at night and you can eat it when you get up early.

Tips
1.If conditions permit, use 8 hours to make it.The taste will be better
