Duck meat: nourishes the lungs
Ingredients
Duck ( half ) | Zhuhou sauce ( a spoonful ) |
Light soy sauce ( one spoonful ) | Dark soy sauce ( Half spoon ) |
Brown sugar ( a little ) | Ginger slices ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for Braised Duck with Zhuhou Sauce

1. Add ginger slices and cooking wine to the duck meat and blanch it in water to remove the fishy smell.

2. After boiling, rinse the blood foam and set aside.

3.Pour the duck meat into the pot and stir-fry to dry out the water.

4. Stir-fry until the water is dry, add Zhuhou sauce and stir-fry.

5.Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and a bowl of water.

6. Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, and simmer for twenty minutes.

7. After the duck meat feels soft, add celery segments to increase the flavor and reduce the juice over high heat.
