How to steam watermelon with garlic

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2.Clean the watermelon, do not peel it, and cut it in half.

3.Cut into thin slices and put on a plate.

4. Cut the garlic into minced garlic and cut the carrot into small dices.

5.Put oil in the pot.When the oil is 60% hot, add minced garlic and fry fragrant.

6.Add carrots and stir-fry evenly.

7.Add light soy sauce and steamed fish soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.

8. Pour the cooked garlic on top of the watermelon.
