How to make curry beef udon

1. Cut the beef into cubes, add cooking wine, 9 fresh mushrooms, dark soy sauce and starch.

2.Catch until even, spray with cooking oil and marinate for ten minutes.

3. Heat the oil and fry the garlic until golden.

4. Add beef and stir-fry until it changes color.

5.Add a small amount of sugar, a spoonful of oyster sauce and garlic, stir-fry evenly.

6.Pour onions into the pot and saute until fragrant, add a piece of curry, a spoonful of chili powder, a spoonful of fresh mushrooms, and an appropriate amount of water and cook until thick.

7.Put in the udon noodles and pour in 100ml of milk.

8. Remove and place on a plate, top with beef cubes and sterile eggs, sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
