Recipe for spicy curry beef udon

1. Pour 9 fresh mushrooms, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and starch into the beef, stir until even, pour in oil and marinate.

2.After the water boils, add the udon noodles and cook them out.

3.Pour beef and garlic into the pot and remove after cooking.

4.Pour oil into the pot, add onions and saute until fragrant, put a piece of curry, pour in water and cook until melted.

5.Add a spoonful of bell pepper powder, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and a spoonful of fresh mushrooms to taste.
