How to make sweet and sour pork

1. Cut the tenderloin to the thickness of a finger

2.Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and cornstarch to marinate the paste

3.Heat the oil pan, fry the tenderloin until golden brown and drain the oil

Tips
Usually white sugar is used, I use rock sugar to make the color brighter
