How to make a bowl of steamed duck

1. Oiled duck stored in the refrigerator (detailed introduction in the previous recipe). Each bag contains 500 grams, which is exactly the amount of one plate. It is recommended to make more at a time and freeze in a plastic bag, which is very convenient.

2.Put the oiled duck into a steaming bowl, add a little star anise and ginger slices , dried chili segments.

3.Take a small pot and put salt, pepper, light soy sauce, mature vinegar, Chicken essence and boiled water, stir evenly. The total amount should be equal to the ingredients.

4.Pour the mixed sauce into the steaming bowl.

5. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and ensure the steam is on.Steam over medium-low heat for about 1 hour. You can steam it for a while if possible.I once witnessed a rural banquet being steamed for more than 3 hours.

6.After 1 hour, the bone removal state has basically been reached.

7.Finished product. The duck meat is soft and tender, and the soup is fragrant but not greasy, slightly sour and spicy.
Tips

2.If time permits, steam for 2 hours as much as possible.Better taste.
