Tips
The soy sauce must be delicious or extremely fresh. These two kinds of soy sauce are salty and fresh enough, and there is no need to add salt.My method is suitable for the weather in the south (in the north, it is estimated that the outside wind can dry the house), because it often rains in the winter in the south, so it is best to check the weather forecast in advance. It will be sunny for about a week before starting. It is best to dry it all at once.If it rains during the trip, it needs to be frozen in the refrigerator.
