Ingredients
Ham ( 4 slices ) | Chives ( 350g ) |
Enoki mushrooms ( 1 handful ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
Fuel consumption ( 2 scoops ) | Garlic cloves ( 2 cloves ) |
How to stir-fry leeks with enoki mushrooms

1. Prepare 350 grams of leeks, 1 handful of enoki mushrooms, and 4 slices of ham.

2. Remove the roots of Enoki mushrooms.

3.Tear some into pieces with your bare hands.

4. Rinse clean, control water and set aside.

5.Clean the leeks and control the water.

6. Cut the water-controlled leeks into sections and set aside.

7. Blanch the ham slices in boiling water.

8.Use chopsticks to scoop out onto the chopping board.

9. Cut into strips and set aside.

20.Add 2 tablespoons of oil.

21.2 tablespoons of light soy sauce to taste.

22. Stir well and serve.
