Ingredients
Shrimp ( 500g ) | Egg ( 1 piece ) |
Grind black pepper ( appropriate amount ) | White pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
Sea salt ( Adequate amount ) | Vegetable oil or olive oil ( appropriate amount ) |
White wine ( appropriate amount ) | Cornstarch ( appropriate amount ) |
Fried shrimp with cracked black pepper Recipe

1. Wash and devein the shrimps , control dry water.

2.Put the shrimp into a clean bowl and add white pepper.

3.Add ground black pepper

4. Add appropriate amount of sea salt and white wine and marinate for 15 minutes.

5. Place a frying pan on the fire and pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil or olive oil.hot.

6. Crack a whole egg into the marinated shrimp.

7.Add a tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well with the shrimp.

8.The shrimps are put into the frying pan in turn

9. Turn over after one side changes color.

10.When the shrimps change color and set, pour the remaining egg liquid in the bowl into the pot.
