Recipe for Steamed Egg Custard with Spinach and Shrimp

1.Wash the spinach, add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add a little oil and salt, and blanch the spinach until soft.

2. Remove the spinach and cut into pieces

3. Thaw the shrimp naturally, wash them, add pepper and cooking wine, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes
