How to stir-fry cauliflower with white fungus
1.Prepare materials.

2. Split the cauliflower into florets and wash them.

3.Wash the white fungus, remove the roots and tear it into small pieces.

4. Slice the carrots, cut the garlic sprouts into small sections and separate the roots and leaves.

5. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

6. Add cauliflower, carrots and white fungus to a boil, remove from cold water, drain and set aside.
