Pleurotus eryngii ( two ) | Hot pepper ( Half ) |
Red pepper ( Half ) | Soy sauce ( Adequate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Thirteen incense ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry king oyster mushrooms

1.Wash the main ingredients and slice them for later use

2. Heat oil in the pan (I use lard here)

3.After the oil has melted, add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry to disperse a little water to save oil and non-stick pan

4.Add chili soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen incense, a small amount of water, bring to high heat and stir-fry

5.Saute for two minutes, turn off the heat and remove from the heat
