How to make crispy meat and tofu soup

1. Cut a piece of tofu into cubes and set aside.
Cut the pork belly into strips, add black pepper and 2 grams of salt and stir for 2 minutes, then add egg liquid and starch for sizing.
Chop green onions and coriander and set aside.
2.Put oil in the pot.When the oil temperature is 70% hot, cut the pork belly one by one.
